Every time you shop at Amazon, you could also help our non-profit medical clinic in Roatan which provides quality healthcare to the community. All you need to do is choose Bay Islands Community Healthcare Association for your charity of choice on Amazon Smile. By doing so, our organization, Clinica Esperanza Roatan, can continue to provide quality medical care and expand our programs. What is Amazon Smile?

It is a program from Amazon that allows non-profits to receive a donation when you purchase a product on Amazon. You will not have to pay any extra money for the product. Amazon will donate a portion of the price to the charitable organization you choose. Since 2013, non-profit organizations have received over 200 million dollars thanks to Amazon. Our non-profit medical clinic in Roatan would be able to continue to provide healthcare to people in Roatan, Honduras with money donated from Amazon.

Log into Smile.Amazon.com

First, you need to go to https://smile.amazon.com. We recommend you bookmark that page. For this to work, you need to go through Amazon Smile’s website and not https://amazon.com. Once you are on the correct website, log into your account if you are not already signed in. The login option is available in the upper right corner. If you don’t have an account, you can create one by clicking the Get Started button. From there, you should press the Create Your Amazon Account button.

Go to the Your AmazonSmile page

Our organization is Bay Islands Community Healthcare Association on Amazon. To choose our charity, hover over the Account button next to the Returns & Orders button and the shopping cart logo. This is located on the upper right side of your screen if you are on a laptop or computer. You will see three sections: Buy it Again, Your Lists, and Your Accounts. In the Your Accounts section, click on the Your AmazonSmile text.

Now that you are on the Your AmazonSmile page, you can see how much money Amazon has donated thanks to your purchases and choose your charity.

Select Bay Islands Community Healthcare Association as your Charity

If you selected a charity in the past, choose ours by clicking the Change Charity button under the Your Current Charity section. From there, go to the search bar under the “Or pick your own charitable organization” text. In the search bar, type in Bay Islands Community Healthcare Association. Press the Search button. Once you see our charity pop up, click the “Select” button.
